  • 11:45am-12pm: Introduction
  • 12pm-12:20pm: Dynamic Warm-Up/Stretch
  • 12:20pm-12:50pm: Activation Drills
  • 12:50pm-12:55pm: Water Break/Splitting of Teams
  • 12:55pm-1:15pm: Game (20 min.)
  • 1:15pm-1:20pm: Water Break/Splitting of Teams
  • 1:20pm-1:40pm: Game (20 min.)
  • 1:40pm-1:45pm: Water Break/Splitting of Teams
  • 1:45pm-2pm: Game (20 min.)
  • 2:00pm: Debrief/Departure

What to bring:

• Cleats
• Water bottle
• Socks and shin guards
• Weather appropriate attire     

Overnight stays are able to be planned as well if players want to spend a night on campus and see how players live on campus.

Families and friends are strongly encouraged to attend as well.
